Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Doaba Construction Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate construction projects
  • Train or arrange for training of staff
  • Set up equipment and ensure it is in good working order
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
  • Recommend personnel actions to management
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Work Environment

  • Permanent position
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • English language required
