We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at SHREEJI FOOD INC. as a Kitchen Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as supervising kitchen staff and helpers.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to kitchen staff and helpers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
