We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at Y & J Trading Ltd. as a Kitchen Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation
Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Chef SupervisionLead and manage a team of chefs to ensure seamless kitchen operations and exceptional food quality.
Inventory ManagementOversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal kitchen efficiency.
Food Safety and Quality ControlEnsure strict adherence to food safety protocols and quality control measures to maintain a clean and healthy kitchen environment.
Staff Training and DevelopmentProvide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of kitchen staff.
Customer ServiceEnsure exceptional customer service by maintaining a clean and welcoming kitchen environment and responding promptly to customer feedback.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and stand for extended periods.
Personal SuitabilityFlexibility, organized, and a team player.
