About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at Y & J Trading Ltd. as a Kitchen Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Culinary Team Management

Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal kitchen efficiency.

Quality Control

Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Staff Training and Development

Train and develop kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.

Supply Chain Management

Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to support menu planning and kitchen operations.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with frequent standing and heavy lifting.

Personal Qualities

Flexibility, organization, and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
