Job Summary

Mass Markets is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Representative to join our team. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions to customers
  • Document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality metrics

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support or help desk environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and customers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
