Job Title: Technical Support Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Representative to join our team. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to their technical problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of technical support experience preferred

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer systems and software
