Job Title: Technical Support Representative

At Mass Markets, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Representative to join our team. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in a courteous and professional manner
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
  • Document and process customer claims and issues
  • Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions
  • Escalate customer issues to the appropriate staff and management as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately
Preferred Qualifications:
  • One year of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field
  • State or Federal work experience

Physical Requirements:

This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks.
