Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to users through phone, email, or in-person interactions;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues with computer systems, networks, and applications;
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications;
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new technologies and processes;
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements;
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications;
  • Familiarity with Veritas Netbackup;
