Job Summary

Desi Hood Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food services department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our culinary business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure that our team members are meeting their goals and objectives.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure that we are getting the best possible prices.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our culinary business.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that they are running smoothly.
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their goals and objectives.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This is a fast-paced environment that requires you to work under pressure. You must be able to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
