Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Culinary Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional results and driving business growth. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of culinary professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales-building strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative menu offerings that meet customer demands.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
