About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at JGA Investments Inc. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
Supervision and Teamwork

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business goals.
