We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our PLM Team at Maya HTT. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering customized PLM solutions and services to our customers.
Main Responsibilities- Project Scope and Objectives: Work closely with the technical and sales team to understand project scope and objectives.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, ensuring internal discussion and communications with customers.
- Project Execution: Works in close collaboration with customer resources, Solution Architects and PLM consultant to ensure project execution as per mandate.
- Project Budget and Resource Management: Controls project budget and resource availability.
- Project Planning: Prepare project plans based on scope of work and resource requirements.
- Project Progress and Reporting: Work with the delivery manager to ensure project progress and reports creation.
- Project Methodology: Develop and manage a detailed project plan in waterfall or Agile methodology depending on requirements.
- Project Updates: Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Best Practice Methodology: Uses best practice methodology to deliver projects on time and in budget.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor progress, scope creep and make adjustments as needed.
- Financial Management: In collaboration with Finance ensures that Purchase Orders are invoiced on a monthly basis.
- Additional Responsibilities: Furthermore, as part of the services organization, your responsibilities can evolve into:
- Supporting Strategic Projects: Supporting other strategic projects in the Maya organization, both internal product development and customer projects.
- Methodology Improvement: Enable and improve Maya's project management methodology.
- Services Project Visibility and Governance: Work with Maya leadership for overall services project visibility and governance.
- Experience: More than 2 years of experience in project management in IT or PLM delivering complex software solutions or products.
- Education: A bachelor or Master degree in information technology, project management, mechanical, software, electrical engineering or equivalent.
- Methodology Experience: Experience delivering multiple projects using Agile or waterfall methodology, Scrum Master or PMP would be an asset.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of PLM, IT, CAD, CAM is an asset.
- Work Environment: Experience in Engineering, Industrial, or Manufacturing related environment would be an asset.
- Autonomy: You can work under minimal supervision.
- Interpersonal Skills: The Position requires strong interpersonal skills, ownership, communication skills and problem solving capabilities.
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Power Bi, Power Point, Excel and project management tools (MS projects, Jira, etc).
