Project Manager - PLM Team

Maya HTT is a world-leading software developer and engineering solutions provider focused on CAE, CAD, CAM, and PLM. We collaborate with Siemens Digital Industries Software to provide software, AI, and engineering services to clients and partners worldwide. To support our growth, we are seeking ambitious and motivated individuals to join our PLM Team.

The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering Maya HTT's customized PLM solutions and services to our customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the technical and sales teams to understand project scope and objectives
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring internal discussions and communications with customers
  • Collaborating with customer resources, Solution Architects, and PLM consultants to ensure project execution as per mandate
  • Controlling project budget and resource availability
  • Preparing project plans based on scope of work and resource requirements
  • Working with the delivery manager to ensure project progress and reports creation
  • Developing and managing a detailed project plan in waterfall or Agile methodology depending on requirements
  • Providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Using best practice methodology to deliver projects on time and in budget
  • Monitoring progress, scope creep, and making adjustments as needed
  • In collaboration with Finance, ensuring that Purchase Orders are invoiced on a monthly basis

Requirements:

  • More than 2 years of experience in project management in IT or PLM delivering complex software solutions or products
  • A bachelor or Master degree in information technology, project management, mechanical, software, electrical engineering, or equivalent
  • Experience delivering multiple projects using Agile or waterfall methodology, Scrum Master or PMP would be an asset
  • Knowledge of PLM, IT, CAD, CAM is an asset
  • Experience in Engineering, Industrial, or Manufacturing related environment would be an asset
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ownership, communication skills, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Advanced knowledge of Power Bi, Power Point, Excel, and project management tools (MS projects, Jira, etc)
