About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our PLM Team at Maya HTT. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering customized PLM solutions and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the technical and sales teams to understand project scope and objectives
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring internal discussions and communications with customers
  • Collaborate with customer resources, Solution Architects, and PLM consultants to ensure project execution as per mandate
  • Control project budget and resource availability
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans in waterfall or Agile methodology
  • Provide project updates to various stakeholders on a consistent basis
  • Use best practice methodology to deliver projects on time and in budget
  • Monitor progress, scope creep, and make adjustments as needed
  • In collaboration with Finance, ensure that Purchase Orders are invoiced on a monthly basis
Requirements
  • More than 2 years of experience in project management in IT or PLM delivering complex software solutions or products
  • Bachelor or Master degree in information technology, project management, mechanical, software, electrical engineering, or equivalent
  • Experience delivering multiple projects using Agile or waterfall methodology, Scrum Master or PMP would be an asset
  • Knowledge of PLM, IT, CAD, CAM is an asset
  • Experience in Engineering, Industrial, or Manufacturing related environment would be an asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ownership, communication skills, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Advanced knowledge of Power Bi, Power Point, Excel, and project management tools (MS projects, Jira, etc)
