Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at EightSix Network. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance department, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend committee meetings to discuss maintenance-related issues
  • Inspect buildings and coordinate interviews with maintenance staff
  • Manage requisitions for maintenance supplies and equipment
  • Perform staff assessments to ensure high-quality maintenance services
  • Plan, organize, and manage maintenance work, including subcontractor coordination
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and staff

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and minor repairs
  • DEP in general building maintenance (asset)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience in human resources management (asset)
