Job Title: Building Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at 9379-3925 QUEBEC INC.

Job Summary:

The Building Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of maintenance workers and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Train and develop maintenance staff to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Estimate costs and materials for maintenance projects
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed in the workplace
  • Recommend personnel actions and requisition materials and equipment as needed
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
Work Environment:

The Building Maintenance Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of maintenance workers. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Language:

The primary language of work is French.

Hours of Work:

30-40 hours per week.
