Job Title: Building Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at 9379-3925 QUEBEC INC.

Job Summary:

The Building Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of maintenance workers and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Lead and train maintenance workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Estimate costs and materials for maintenance projects
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Recommend personnel actions and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Work Environment:

The Building Maintenance Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of maintenance workers. The successful candidate will be required to work outdoors, at heights, and in noisy environments.

Language:

The primary language of work is French.

Hours of Work:

30-40 hours per week.
