Job Title: Building Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at 9379-3925 QUEBEC INC.

Job Summary:

The Building Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of maintenance workers and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Train and develop maintenance staff to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Estimate costs and materials for maintenance projects
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed in the workplace
  • Recommend personnel actions to management
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Work Environment:

The Building Maintenance Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of maintenance workers. The ideal candidate will be able to work outdoors, in noisy conditions, and at heights.

Language:

The primary language of work is French.

Hours of Work:

30-40 hours per week.
