Job Title: Food and Beverage Server

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Forest Inn & Conference Centre. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to our guests.
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to our guests and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and make recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
  • Serve food and beverages to our guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.

Work Environment: Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to stand for extended periods and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs). We are committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive work environment for all employees.
