Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Forest Inn & Conference Centre Inc. as a key member of our food and beverage services team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Fast-paced environment with extended periods of standing.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and move around the restaurant.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and reliability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Will train and provide on-the-job training.
