Job Title: Automotive Service Technician

Excelsior Auto Service is seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Service Technician to perform a variety of tasks, including inspecting and testing mechanical units, adjusting and repairing parts and components, and estimating parts and labor costs. If you have a passion for working with vehicles and a strong attention to detail, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
  • Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems
  • Estimate parts and labor cost to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Perform scheduled maintenance service
  • Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements
  • Provide customer service
Requirements
  • Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
