Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Da India Curry House. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.
Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to ensure seamless food service delivery.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring they are working effectively and efficiently.
- Training and Development: Train and mentor staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to ensure optimal levels.
- Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and maintain accurate records of sales and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
- Education: Secondary school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of food service experience.
- Culinary Knowledge: Must have knowledge of culinary genres and be able to supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
