Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Group Leader to join our team at Ross Road School. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our before and after school program, providing a safe and engaging environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality child care and recreational programs
  • Develop and implement program plans that meet the needs of children and families
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children
  • Communicate effectively with children, families, and staff
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve program goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year's experience in the child care field
  • Knowledge of recreational programming
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • High School Completion Certificate or equivalent

Assets:

  • Valid First Aid/CPR Certification
