Highly Skilled Computer Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Service Technician to join our team at Uniway computer. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and repairing electronic equipment, as well as providing excellent customer service.
About the Role:- Inspect products to determine the requirements for repair and maintenance.
- Diagnose and locate circuit, component, and equipment faults using various tools and techniques.
- Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Test and adjust repaired products to ensure proper functioning and meet quality standards.
- Prepare cost estimates for repairs and provide detailed explanations to customers.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field (College, CEGEP, or non-university certificate/diploma).
- Minimum 7 months of experience in electronics repair or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access.
- Familiarity with networks, wireless networks, and wireless routers.
