Job Summary

Uniway computer is seeking a skilled Computer Systems Repair Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing computer hardware and software issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies to identify faults and defects
  • Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power or specially designed tools
  • Diagnose and locate circuit, component and equipment faults using specialized equipment and software
  • Test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to user inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in computer hardware repair and maintenance
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with MS Office and Windows operating systems
  • Knowledge of network and wireless network configurations
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
