Compensation: $120,000 per year

The Pharmacist will play a key role in achieving departmental excellence in the areas of patient focused care, customer service, workflow efficiencies, and PROfile programs.

Job Description:
Patient Focused Care
  • Focusing on clinical services such as disease state management, medication reviews, and health risk assessments.
  • Ensuring prescription safety by prioritizing technical functions to Pharmacy Assistants when available.
  • Initiating care plans, following up, and documenting patient information.

Customer Service
  • Acknowledging customers promptly and professionally.
  • Demonstrating warmth, empathy, and compassion towards the customer.
  • Providing superior customer service to every customer.

Requirements:
  • Above average communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Skill to work independently to meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to be a team player in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
  • Licensed Pharmacist in the province of responsibility.
  • Injection Certification.
  • Previous experience in a retail and/or retail pharmacy setting preferred.
