We are seeking a talented Pharmacist to join our team at Save-On-Foods in Fort McMurray, AB. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our customers and community.

About the Role

As a valued member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy. This includes:

  • Dispensing medications and providing clinical advice to patients
  • Maximizing opportunities for disease prevention and management
  • Administering vaccinations and maintaining inventory within the pharmacy
  • Ensuring compliance with provincial and federal regulations, policies, and procedures

You will also have the opportunity to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the pharmacy industry, including new medications and clinical opportunities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proficiency in Pharmacy Software solutions, preferably Kroll
  • Experience with Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) and completion of mandatory training when required
  • A strong commitment to patient-centred care and a passion for delivering quality service
What We Offer
