Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Save-On-Foods in Fort McMurray, AB. As a valued member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for delivering quality patient-centered care and contributing to the well-being of our community.

About the Role

This full-time position involves managing day-to-day pharmacy operations, including dispensing medication, maximizing clinical opportunities, and administering vaccinations. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory within the pharmacy and ensuring compliance with Provincial and Federal regulations, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, including dispensing, maximizing clinical opportunities, and administering vaccinations
  • Maintain inventory within the pharmacy
  • Ensure compliance with Provincial and Federal regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Remain current on latest trends in the pharmacy industry by keeping up with new medications and clinical opportunities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in pharmacy practice and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Pharmacy Software solutions, preferably Kroll, is also an asset. Experience with Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) and completed mandatory training when required is also considered an asset.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a company-funded pension plan.
