The Client Service Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services. Key Responsibilities

  • Pre-screen incoming orders and perform data entry
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide quality service
  • Communicate with internal and external parties regarding order details and status
  • Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Minimum one year experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative support
  • Some college or Certificate/Diploma in a medical field from an accredited institution is an asset
