Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Insurance Broker Representative to join our team at Billyard Insurance Group. As a key member of our brokerage, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide knowledgeable answers to their questions about products, pricing, and availability.
  • Input customer policies within guidelines and compliance.
  • Work with internal departments to meet client needs.
  • Data entry in various platforms.
  • Detail-oriented and able to coordinate and follow up on client documents.
  • Aid assigned senior broker with daily administrative and organizational needs.
  • Oversee duties such as drafting documents, collecting and analyzing information, managing incoming correspondence, attending meetings, and organizing analytical information for data collection purposes.

Requirements:
  • RIBO licensed.
  • Two or more years of experience in customer service.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing responsibilities.
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:
  • High school or equivalent.
