The RoleAs an Insurance Broker, you'll report to the Director of Sales Leadership and focus on developing a profitable portfolio through new client acquisition and retention.
You'll leverage your connections and our expertise to provide clients with exceptional insurance access and counsel.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and grow a portfolio of business focusing on profitable growth and professional standards.
- Identify and cultivate new business prospects and opportunities.
- Provide expert advice and present tailored insurance solutions to clients.
- Implement sales strategies and engage with potential clients through various channels.
- Build and maintain your brand with our extensive marketing support.
- RIBO licensed professionals with a minimum of 2 years of commercial insurance experience.
- Hunters of business. Gatherers/Farmers do not need to apply.
- Individuals with excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
- Team players who value collaboration and can effectively work with colleagues and insurers.
- Motivated self-starters with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- CAIB, post-secondary education, or other industry-related designations are advantageous.
