Concierge and Apartment Building Ambassador

CMI Concierge & Security Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Concierge and Apartment Building Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our apartment building.
Key Responsibilities- Contact Contractors and Maintenance Personnel
You will be responsible for coordinating with contractors and maintenance personnel to ensure that all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Supervise and Support ColleaguesYou will work closely with our team to provide guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
Work with Minimal SupervisionYou will be expected to work independently with minimal supervision, using your initiative and judgment to make decisions and take action as needed.
Requirements- Education and Experience
You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 1 year of experience in a related field.
Work Environment and ConditionsYou will be working in an apartment building in an urban area, and will be required to work in all weather conditions.
Physical and Mental DemandsYou will be required to work under pressure and perform repetitive tasks, and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Personal QualitiesYou must be dependable, have excellent oral and written communication skills, and be able to work flexibly and take initiative as needed.
