Job Summary

CMI Concierge & Security Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Concierge. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and ensuring the smooth operation of our apartment building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact Contractors: Coordinate with contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Supervise Other Workers: Oversee and guide other workers to ensure they are meeting the required standards and completing tasks efficiently.
  • Work with Minimal Supervision: Demonstrate independence and self-motivation, working with minimal supervision to achieve goals and objectives.
Work Environment

As a Concierge, you will work in a fast-paced urban environment, interacting with residents, contractors, and other stakeholders. You will be required to work in all weather conditions and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, and reliability
