About the Role

CMI Concierge & Security Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Concierge and Apartment Building Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our apartment building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact Contractors and Maintenance Teams

You will be responsible for coordinating with contractors and maintenance teams to address any issues or concerns within the building.

Supervise and Support Colleagues

You will work closely with our team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Work with Minimal Supervision

You will be expected to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.

Work Environment

You will be working in an urban area, in an apartment/condominium complex, and will be exposed to all weather conditions.

Requirements
  • Education

You must have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

You must have at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.

  • Dependability

You must be reliable and dependable in your work.

Excellent Communication Skills

You must have excellent oral and written communication skills.

Flexibility

You must be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations.

Initiative

You must be proactive and take the initiative to complete tasks.

You must be reliable and dependable in your work.
