About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Concierge Ambassador. As a key member of our property operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our residential towers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome all residents, providing a warm and welcoming environment
  • Conduct access control and ensure the security of our properties
  • Answer phone calls and receive packages as required, providing timely and efficient service
  • Conduct interior and exterior patrols, including parking lots, stairwells, hallways, and common area facilities
  • Work with our strata team to prevent and respond to incidents, including collaborating with local law enforcement
  • Have a thorough understanding of building bylaws and rules, and monitor for adherence
  • Answer resident questions and provide excellent customer service
  • Make recommendations to our strata and property management teams to improve building operations and resident experience
  • Coordinate and supervise onsite building contractors as required
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Excel spreadsheets for building administration and management
  • Assist in building communications to owners and residents through written and verbal channels

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong focus on resident satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience in building administration and management
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with residents, strata, and property management teams
  • Availability to work afternoon and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays
