Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project management office, engineering, operations, and operations support service functions to provide effective forecasting, coordination, and scheduling of PMO capital projects.
  • Utilize designated scheduling systems to develop and implement master schedules for short and long-term planning and scheduling activities.
  • Plan, organize, and deliver critical path schedules for projects and project proposals based on project milestones.
  • Prepare workload reports, determine project health, and critical path schedules, evaluate team metrics, and present project planning and scheduling status reports to management.
  • Monitor and be accountable for the scheduling control system, participating in quality improvement initiatives for the scheduling process.
Requirements:
  • Completion of a recognized post-secondary Business Diploma/Technical Diploma or equivalent in a related discipline.
  • Two to Four years of experience in resourcing and/or project management services.
  • Knowledge of resourcing and/or project management services and processes.
  • Sound working knowledge of MS Office and proficiency with Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling project software.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, multi-task, prioritize, and organize work, analyze information, and solve problems.
  • Valid BC Driver's License.
