AWS Connect Developer Opportunity

Software International is seeking a skilled AWS Connect Developer to join our team. As a leading provider of technical talent to Fortune 100/500/1000 companies, we have a long-term contract with a major IT consulting client that is working with a large client on a move to cloud CCaS from on-prem with AWS Connect.

This is a remote opportunity with a required start date of ASAP and a contract duration of 6 months + renew. The total hours approved per role are 40h/week, and the rate is open based on expectations but targets $75-95/hr C2C.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Amazon Connect contact flows using Dynamo DB, Lex Bots, and API Gateway.
  • Develop call routing using routing profiles, queues, call backs, emergency messages, hours of operations, and holiday routing with dynamic messaging.
  • Utilize strong programming skills in Python, Node.js, and Java Lambda.
  • Experience with AWS services like Contact Lens, Transcribe, Comprehend, S3, Athena, Quick Sight, Lambda, Elastic Search, Kibana, and Kinesis is preferred.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Go CD, Terraform, and Cloud Formation.
  • Collaborate with onshore/offshore developers and Line of Business customers to coordinate development.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • AWS certification is preferred.
  • Prior Contact Center Experience with Genesys development is highly desired.
