AWS Connect Developer Opportunity

Software International is seeking a skilled AWS Connect Developer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based contact centers using Amazon Connect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Amazon Connect contact flows using DynamoDB, Lex, and API Gateway.
  • Implement call routing using routing profiles, queues, callbacks, emergency messages, and hours of operation.
  • Develop strong programming skills in Python, Node.js, and Java for AWS Lambda APIs.
  • Experience with AWS services such as Contact Lens, Transcribe, Comprehend, S3, Athena, QuickSight, Lambda, Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Kinesis is preferred.
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore developers, as well as Line of Business customers, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • AWS certification is preferred.
  • Prior experience with Genesys development is highly desirable.

Requirements:

  • Experience with development and version control tools such as Eclipse IDE, GIT, GitHub, TFS, etc.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Go CD, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
