About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Chicken Chef Lorette. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Work Schedules: Plan and coordinate staff work schedules to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Lead and Train Staff: Supervise and train staff members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Hire and Manage Staff: Hire qualified food service staff and oversee their performance to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Prepare Reports and Budgets: Prepare detailed reports and budget estimates to inform management decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.

Benefits

This is a permanent position offering competitive compensation and benefits package. Salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
