Restaurant Operations Manager

At MB PAM INC., we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and be able to implement operational procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Cost products and services
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Manage events
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • 5-10 people supervision
  • Permanent employment
  • 35 hours per week
  • English language
