Job Summary

MB PAM INC. is seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, with experience in determining service types, implementing operational procedures, and managing staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Development
    • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Financial Management
    • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Staff Supervision
    • Conduct performance reviews
    • Supervise 5-10 people
  • Inventory Management
    • Cost products and services
    • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Supplier Negotiations
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Event Management
    • Manage events

Requirements

  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Work Environment

  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
