Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Niagara Hotels Inc.

Job Summary:

The Guest Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our guest services team, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and support. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the work of 3-4 team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Guest Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the guest services team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on team performance and guest feedback.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer systems and equipment.
