Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Retail Associate to join our team at Rideau Centre. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and upholding the Canada Goose brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience for all guests.
  • Meet or exceed personal sales targets, contributing to the store's overall performance.
  • Participate in store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions to stay informed and up-to-date on brand initiatives.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive store environment through effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
  • Assist in driving Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other key performance metrics.
  • Support the maintenance of a visually appealing store environment, adhering to Canada Goose standards.
  • Process inbound and outbound shipments efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Maintain accurate records and utilize point-of-sale systems in compliance with Canada Goose standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
  • Bonus points for previous experience working with luxury brands in high-volume locations.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Good understanding of store operations and driving sales performance.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-orientated environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail and adaptability.
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Proficiency in another language, Mandarin speaking preferred.
