About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Genuine Canadian Corporation. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and productive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing a personalized shopping experience
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives and operational standards
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to cash handling procedures
  • Assist with merchandising, marketing, and visual standards to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Secure company assets by following loss prevention policies and procedures
  • Develop retail skills through company training and development programs
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store culture
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience is an asset
  • High energy and enthusiasm, with a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of computers and point-of-sale systems
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
