Job Summary

As a Seasonal Sales Associate at Groupe Dynamite Inc., you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional shopping experience to each customer, building long-term relationships, and contributing to the efficient and profitable operation of the store. You will be responsible for maintaining the brand and visual presentation standards of the company, while working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized and engaging shopping experience
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months of sales experience in a retail environment is an asset
  • Passion for fashion and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with the team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and service
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per business needs
