Job Summary

We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Carter's, Inc. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
  • Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers and balance multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
  • Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel services to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
  • Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
  • Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers.
  • Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.

  • A positive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills.
  • Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
