Job Title: Financial Services Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Trainer to join our team at IA Financial Group. As a Financial Services Trainer, you will be responsible for increasing the performance of Financial Service Managers through training and development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Individual Training:

  • Prepare visits to identify FSM development needs and discuss requirements with Consultants.
  • Develop trustworthy relationships with FSM to facilitate training and provide individualized coaching.
  • Update visit reports in Salesforce and conduct follow-up activities as needed.

Training:

  • Provide classroom and virtual training using iA Dealer Services material.
  • Conduct training in a professional, challenging, and varied way, adapted to the needs of participants.
  • Ensure broad understanding of provided information and demonstrate active listening.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of systems used by retailers (UniFI, UniFi 2.0, Dealertrack, Equifax, etc.).
  • Extensive knowledge of the market and operations of a business office.
  • Ability to perform the duties of the FSM and transfer knowledge and skills in an educational way.
