Logistics Coordinator

Rapid Ground Xpress is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Compile and prioritize customer orders and instructions
- Develop and implement operational logistics plans
- Oversee the movement of supplies and materials between departments
- Perform routine clerical duties and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units
- Monitor production progress and provide customer service
- Recruit and hire staff as needed
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations
- Ability to operate radio equipment and dispatching equipment
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
