About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator at Raider Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing the logistical operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistical Planning: Develop and implement logistical plans to ensure the efficient movement of goods and materials.
  • Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure our vehicles and equipment are in good working condition.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and logs of our operations, including time sheets, payroll, and other summaries.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Dispatch and Emergency Response: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and respond to emergency situations as required.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices to ensure compliance.
  • Expense Management: Record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses to ensure accurate financial reporting.
About the Team

You will be working with a team of 5-10 people, and will be responsible for supervising and guiding them to ensure the successful completion of our logistical operations.
