  • Plan and organize operational logistics to ensure seamless execution of tasks

  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime
  • Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries
  • Maintain work records and logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement

  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and respond to emergency situations as needed
  • Record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses to optimize resource allocation
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in logistics or a related field is an asset
  • Knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
